The breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it, lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. There is a large rear shaded terrace which was quiet snd you could relax have a drink. Castellane has a friendly, busy but relaxed vibe, plenty to see and do. I would definitely stay again. Ask for a room on the rear so that it is hidden from the buzz of the square. "

"Fantastic hotel. Great views over the valley, lovely pool area, large free car park, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Balcony was lovely. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the €16, full of delicious local goods and fresh bread and pastries. Would definitely recommend - beautiful views from the terrace too. It’s a short walk to Moustiers along a path and pavement, and a short drive to Verdon gorge. The pre-check-in information seemed a little officious but once we were there, the staff were very friendly"
