"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it.
