Awesome for neighborhood and price.

What a clean place. Had the king bed with kitchenette. Nice pool and veiw of the inlet. Hotel is in Bal Harbor which is always police patroled.

Check in and parking was easy, room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice. We spent a day at inlet park watching the beautiful boats. Walked to dinner (about a mile) each evening, the area is very clean and safe. Couple items to note, I thought we had a balcony, but we did not, also this time of year the beach has a lot of seaweed. Overall very nice place.

They are the worst hotel ever. We were locked out of our room for more than 3 hours and we called the hotel’s emergency number but no one answered. The following morning the worker here came barging at our door and didn’t even say good morning. She made us leave our room immediately and we want a refund. 1 STAR

The property was clean and set all alone at the end of the street offer a safe quiet stay. The view of Haulover Harbor Inlet was beautiful both in the mornings and in the evenings. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

It was wonderful. The staff was kind and communicated well with me the entire time. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We needed more towels and they brought them right away. The only thing is that there is no restaurants near by but we went to Publix and got what we needed and wanted. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the chairs and towels were provided. Will definitely stay there again!

The quiet and calmness what I expected happily. watching some of the most beautiful yachts entering into the Atlantic Ocean at an inlet like nothing I’ve seen. The ocean was warm and Caribbean green. You could see your toes under the water! You are accommodated on the beach immediately chairs, tales umbrellas, and if you want, you can either order food from the neighboring hotel so my opinion, it was exactly what I wanted and what I needed it and price you can’t compare in that area literally!

Recently came back from a short trip to Florida and was very satisfied with our choice to stay at Beach Haus Bal Harbour. Location was perfect, being that we rented a car, to be able to go to neighboring towns, different beaches and Miami when wanting a night out. It is also nice to walk into the town or to do some nice shopping at the Bal Harbour shops. All the staff were lovely and professional. Emily at reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

The Beach Haus is the perfect place to stay in Bal Harbour if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. The rooms are large and modern with a kitchenette that tops most kitchens in homes. The Beach is right across the street and you get free chaises, umbrellas and towels. The restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (although you might prefer to have your own car because it isn't right next to the property). And Last but not least, the service was excellent. All in all I would recommend the Beach Haus to anyone that is looking to stay in the Bal Harbour area.

I cannot get in touch with the hotel after my flight gets cancelled I’m always redirected to some sort of receptionist hotline that can’t answer my questions

Super expensive for the offering, I’d stay away

Good: - very spacious room - access to beach Bad: - room definitely not like in the pictures and is les well maintained and modern - not clean: red stain on curtain, poo not cleaned from toilet (see pics) - provided shower gel was almost empty - no bedside electricity access - super poor sound isolation, can hear tv / conversation from other rooms and hallway - tv has very few channels - low water pressure - overall very poor quality for the price

2 Bedroom unit with canal unbeatable views of boats/yachts coming in and out of Hauliover Inlet. Pros: 5 minute walk to the beach with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella allowed per unit. You don't have to carry a thing, walk up to desk at beach. We paid for additional chairs/umbrella. Unit was clean inside. 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. With basic amenities. Fresh towels replacement if needed. Once patio doors shut it was surpassingly very quiet. Could not hear the cars, traffic from the bridge. Very quiet, almost private feel of the location. (Due to the unit placement. Front facing canal with 6 units only, others toward side and street view. Washer/Dryer in unit was terrific. Cons: Outdoor patio floor, not clean, swept or mopped. Very basic kitchen amenities. A patio table would have been nice. Non on 2nd and 3rd floors, only bottom floor. A private event one afternoon in the entire front facing canal area, the following day removed the furniture, tipping over and leaving papers on the ground cupcake wrappers. Surprised no one came through and finished picking up nor replacing any seating prior to event. Overall: Would come back again. Location, Friendly helpful and easy check in with Julian.

Disliked: Communication
The property and room were very clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly warm or accommodating, which impacted the overall experience. I would not recommend staying here for Shabbos, as the doors are electric (muktza), but it is a suitable option during the week. A more welcoming atmosphere from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
