Very charming boutique-style hotel! Beautiful décor, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful location on Ocean Drive with easy access to the beach and a nice beach lounge. I’ll definitely be back — though I wouldn’t include breakfast next time, as the menu is quite limited and overpriced for what’s offered.

A nice, quiet, older hotel just a couple blocks south of all the South Beach action (and noise) Bathroom was small, and a bit cramped, but it did the job. Beds were comfy.

I would have given this an excellent review if the mildew smell wasn’t so bad because everything else was fantastic, but I walked away with a sore throat and potential allergy reaction from all of the mold. I stayed in the older side of the hotel not the newer separate building where the plunge pool is at The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar at Cleo‘s was fantastic. We loved the welcome drinks, enjoyed the nice beach chairs, and umbrella, and large, oversized pool towel towels. The ambience was amazing as well.

Great location! Tucked away in the quieter part of South Beach while still close enough to all the action. The hotel itself has a distinctive charm: intimate and stylish, with a boutique character that feels curated rather than manufactured. Its design captures the essence of Miami - playful, elegant, and unmistakably local. Most memorable, though, is the staff... Their attentiveness and genuine warmth create an atmosphere that feels less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a gracious home.
