"-Staff not friendly. It's a hotel, regardless whether it's a high- end hotel or lower, staff should carry themselves accordingly.
-Breakfast only available 1 day out of the 2 nights that I stayed. I picked the location for the breakfast so that would be one less thing to worry about, only to not have it.
- I made my reservation ahead of time and nowhere on the website did it mention renovations being done. Had I known ahead of time, I would have went somewhere else.
