"After we checked in and got into the room we had a problem with no hot water. The front desk clerk tried another room but it had the same issue. Looked like it was out in most of the rooms. She had maintenance come and in about an hour or so the maintenance guys had taken care of it. They were very nice and helpful even though they had a bit of a problem. Great job. Thanks"
