However, the main pool was cold, and the air temperature in the pool room was cool. The jets in the hot tub did not bubble to the surface, and it was not hot enough for a typical hot tub."

"I wish I could write a postive review about this stay . However I just cannot at this time . We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . While that was sweet of her I explained that we actually needed the extra space for our party and the view wasn’t that important . She went silent and gave us new keys , no words spoken . From there it got worse . The room was dirty, mould on the bathroom ceilings , and tub and vanity was cracked in half , some liquid split in the desk that seeped under the glass topper which was visible , dirty coffee maker , dirty tongs , dirty pillow . I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel "
