On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. "This was way better than even expected. Incredible hotel, service, food and amenities. We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it extra special for us. Pros: - Incredible theming throughout. - Incredible food at the BLOC restaurant. - Incredible SPA. - Incredible Breakfast. - Incredible Room. - Incredible Staff. - Incredible Service. Cons: - Bed was rather hard - No Air Con in room and rather warm Other: - The hotel is located in the middle of a new build housing estate but it's truly like an oasis and once your inside you won't even care nor notice that fact. We will be coming back, it was one of the best mini-breaks we have had. "
