"If you just need a bed for the night then this place is OK - but just OK. V small room - like smaller than a Paris hotel room (Cardiff is not Paris!) and no amenities at all - no tea/coffee, no hairdryer - not even a hand towel. Room so small that the TV is up high on the wall opposite the bed and it was almost impossible to bend down in shower to pick up own toiletries it was so small. "Efficient check in, managed by a friendly member of staff. Booked room only, but were offered discounted breakfast at only £15 for 2 people. Seemed silly not to! Our room was on 15th floor. Good size. A bit sparse in terms of furniture - but it had everything you needed - I.e. sufficient cupboard, wardrobe space.
