"This hotel has a great location across from Windsor Castle and around the corner from the main shopping street, with two train stations an easy walk. It’s undergone a recent remodel and looks great, but there are some major problems: first, the rooms need more light. It’s impossible to read at bed or do computer work with the low intensity lamps. On check-in, the toilet and refrigerator weren’t walking, but that was quickly fixed. The Nespresso coffee machine only takes small cups not mugs...

"Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. "
