"Rooms were clean and a nice size, bathrooms a bit small but full size bathtub, staff super helpful and friendly…. Unfortunately the TGF ON property did a very very poor job full meals being served before any beverage’s kids sodas , cocktails all drinks . One meal delivered at least 30 minutes before any other food was brought to table and that food was incorrect in every easy possible and how do I finally got our drinks we got the wrong ones. Manager came to the table to correct the problem order a food to replace the food that was wrong and then absolutely never came back with the food. Had to ask somebody else 30 more minutes later.. very bad experience at TGIF very great hotel"

"The room was pretty clean other than an old wash cloth that was still in the shower. The bed was not a queen bed although it was advertised as such and when I asked the staff they tried to insist it was. I have pictures it was full not queen. The drain in the shower backs up too. The room is cold and blanket was very thin also there is no microwave or coffee maker in the room."

"The best things I can say about the room is it was clean and the view is wonderful, other than that, for the price it is hard to believe that you get no fridge or microwave. The elevator was sporadically working, not fun when you are on the 3rd floor and walk with 2 canes. When reported to front desk, he said I will look into it as he kept reading his magazine. The pools were disgusting, I realize they were going to be working on them that week, but they took away from the beauty of the view. In my opinion, don't open before you are ready."

"The construction was extremely bothersome, they were right outside our window at 6 am making loud noises and talking loudly. When we spoke to the staff about it their response was “it’s our off season” no matter the season your services should be consistent and quality of space should be as described when booked. Extremely disappointing."
