"The photos are not reflective of the property. It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. It was gross. We stayed one night until we could find another place (as Stayz never contacted me to find an alternative place). "

"We had 3 families needing a place to stay whilst there was a youth regatta at the local sailing club. This house was in a great location where kids (14 - 17 years) could ride their bikes or walk down the beach to the sailing club. The adults could spread out in different areas in the house. The kids enjoyed having their own space with a playstation, couch and bunk beds upstairs. Albert, the owner, was available when we locked ourselves out and gave us some flexibility with check in and check out...

"House was perfect for 5 girlfriends to be together and yet enjoy their own bedroom.Great location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Close to train station. Lots of space inside the house . Would definitely stay there again. "

"Great location, safe, secure, quiet but the property is tired and needs some maintenance and updating inside and out. The online photos and descriptions are out of date; the current condition of this property is very different to what they advertise. Not worth the money!"

"Well located and property matched description. However there is no parking, all street parking and very difficult to find a spot at night.When we arrived we found the aircon had been set at 16c by the previous occupant and it did not cool the lounge area. Bedrooms were OK. Upon inspection it appeared as if the main unit had not been serviced for a very long time, filters were clogged with leaves and debris. Also needs a regas. Contacted Property Manager who was suggesting that we were not...
