"The service was amazing. Staff were very helpful and always on the ball. Rooms were clean and beautifully designed. The view from the rooms were incredible. Excellent gym facilities and great pool. Breakfast was delicious with many options and great variety for both health conscious and trying something new. The breakfast service manager again was always happy to help. Location is brilliant for shopping, restaurants and upmarket bars and nightlife. Cons: No sauna and steam. Reception area felt a little dated for a 5 star compared to rooms. No windows that open because it's so high up so can get a little stuffy but fine if you don't mind aircon. "

"A pretty amazing place. As a hotel everything just works. But the really amazing thing is the building and the art. Hard to describe (but positive!), but you will remember it longer than most hotels you get to stay in ;-) "
