"This being a Shangri-La property, it is not surprising that from the desk staff to the room cleaners, wait staff, and doormen, this hotel runs with precision and grace. Nice details like inexpensive coffee and fruit for sale at the coffee shop so you can avoid the buffet if you want, good amenities in room, good food, and great service quality. Property is a little old and gym could be better, but it also cost about $75 on two different stays, which is great for the location."

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
