"We arrived at the property with no check in instructions. When returning hours later with the check in details, we did not feel safe in the area. The large window would not close and nothing was done about it. We left and stayed else where They have refused to refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"The directions and the greeting at the apartment by James were exceptional. The location was convenient to the shops and places of interest (the cathedral) and the view from the terrace across the river simply wonderful.
