"Our stay is always great at Quality Inn. I will say this time the cleanliness was a nit off. The rugs were beat up, nails sticking out. Air condition hardly cooled the room. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. And the hot tubs which is one of my main attractions to coming; smelt like sewage and young kids constantly in it cooling the water from the pool water. Our house keeper at room 203 was amazing and made us as comfortable as possible. We do love coming and hope for a better experience as we have been coming for about 5 years straight. Thank you for allowing me to comment"
