"Room was beautiful, staff were friendly. Room was overall clean however some of the furniture cushions were stained from prior spills. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, didnt seem to have a box spring or supportive platform under it. Pillows flat and very uncomfortable. . Linens and towels were good quality. Room phone did not work. Staff removed it but did not return with a different phone as promised."
