Parking is easy with a 2-car garage, EV charging ports (level 2), driveway for up to 3 cars, and street parking as well. BEDROOMS:
▪Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Bedroom features (1) KING SIZE BED with a closet, master bathroom, and private outdoor balcony equipped with modern outdoor seating.
▪Bedroom 2 (upstairs): This bedroom features 2 TWIN SIZE beds, a bunk bed with (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and (1) TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding and a walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay.
▪Bedroom 3 (upstairs): (1) QUEEN SIZE bed and 1 TWIN SIZE bed with high quality bedding, and a 55-inch 1080p smart HDTV with Netflix/HULU entertainment.
▪Bedroom 4 (downstairs): (1) FULL SIZE bed with high quality bedding, and work desk with desk lamp,.
▪ Living Room has a sofa bed

CHECK-IN:
We provide our guests with contactless self check in with access to the entire house.

All guests may enter through the front door or through the garage.

We ask that you are respectful to our neighbors as this is a residential area.

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. These rules allow us to continue sharing this lovely home for everyone to experience.

▪This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors and do not disturb at any time.

▪Out of consideration for our neighbors, we do not allow any gatherings/celebrations on the property. No loud music or parties/events are allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9:30pm. We rely on the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" noise monitoring device to monitor noise decibel levels. Note, the smart home device does not record audio or video to protect your privacy.
*If any neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, a warning will be issued. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

▪Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

▪Please refrain from cooking dishes that involve strong-smelling herbs, spices, or other ingredients that may produce persistent or pungent odors in consideration of the next guests. A fee will be incurred if a deep-cleaning is required to remove any lingering odors.

PARKING:
▪Two-car garage with EV charging outlet (Level 2).
▪Guest will need to bring their on EV cord
▪Garage is to be used for parking ONLY.
▪Up to 3 vehicles can park on the driveway in front of the garage.
▪Street parking is available (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time)
▪Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any.

STREET SWEEPING:
▪Every Tuesday (7am-2pm). Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 2pm to avoid parking ticket.

GARBAGE PICK UP:
▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm). Please DO NOT park on street close to trash/recycle bins on garbage pick up days.
