Wonderful to be back at Das Graseck! It's a truly magical corner of the earth, our second visit and for sure we will be back in the winter months. The staff are exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional with a good old sense of humour! Upon arrival, we were welcomed back and also, surprised with an upgrade to the loft suite, which made our stay super comfy and, of course the extra space and views were magnificent. Excellent breakfasts and dinner service, super selection of wines....

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

This property is absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous and had a great layout. The Sacher has a spectacular spa and the staff goes above and beyond!

The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the city Garmisch-Partenkirchen only 5 minutes by foot to the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (half board) was excellent. So many things are well considered and taken care of by the hotel staff, e.g. in the morning our car was cleaning from snow falling through the night. Our room was spacy and recently renovated.

Everything was exceptional. Take the time to slow down and enjoy the spa!!! Well worth it!

This hotel was hard to find. Located in the center of the city (photo looks like a different location). Google maps took us to another location. Go through their website to get directions! Staff here is GREAT!!! Friendly, helpful, and just nice people. Room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was excellent.

Great location. We had a large terrace with amazing views of the castle and mountains. Rooms were large with ample space. Hotel offered two restaurants and a complimentary breakfast each day. Also offered free parking.

Beautiful place

We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.
