Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. "Our party of 4 adults stayed a week on our first trip to Umbria. Todi was the perfect location. The property is in a delightful and peaceful location, set in really nice gardens and spacious pool with recliners and decking. 10 minute walk to the entrance to the the historic part of Todi and another 10 minute to reach the main piazza.
