"Nice rooms and breakfast"

"The desk manager was very helpful in giving me information about a claim that I have. I booked and canceled a reservation at another Bastion hotel. When I discovered that it was the wrong hotel I canceled and made this reservation. Expedia told me that the hotel had a policy of no refunds - not true. Bastion never received any money and showed me that Expedia are the ones keeping my money. I would like a refund from Expedia as soon as possible."

"The shower pod is literally in the room you sleep in at the bottom of the bed. I had no idea this was the case when booking as I’ve never known anything like it! There is zero privacy! The reception staff aren’t very friendly and the service overall is just lacking what you would normally expect from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again!
