The room (3 beds) was spacious and the room was very neat and clean. We couldn't open windows and because we were at the back of the hotel, it was nice and quiet. But above all: the staff was very very friendly and helpful!!!!

The staff were amazing always right there to help with a great attitude willingness to do whatever you needed help with. Amenities are nice property very well. Kept breakfast is delicious. The elevator is very helpful. The staff is definitely my favorite part.

Small but sparkling-clean single room with a good bed on the quiet side of the building. Steps from the subway and a useful grocery store. Good flatbread sandwich shop directly across the street. New owners are eager to please. Nothing not to like about this fine establishment.

The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient. The room was immaculate, spacious, and very quiet. The location is perfect — less than a minute’s walk to the underground and the main street filled with shops and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. Five stars to the staff — they truly made my stay outstanding. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
