Stayed here with two friends and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and kind. There was cucumber, lemon, ginger water available when you walked in. Perfect accommodation for a quick stay in Milan.

Good value

Hotel is very clean, it's updated and service is good. It's close to the tram and metro for seeing the city. Our room the air conditioning did not work properly and the floor was also heated. It was 90 degrees outside so it was uncomfortable for sleeping. The hair dryer overheated within 1 minute so bring your own. Buffet was pretty good. 15 euro/ person. Overall we'd stay again but would've complained about the AC sooner and got a new room.

This property is okay for a short stay. The rooms are fairly standard for Italy. The room was clean and the shower worked well. The air conditioner worked however it rattled loudly when on. The staff were extremely friendly and check in and check out were easy.

The staff was great especially Florian, I was disappointed the Hotel Bar was closed even though the advertise it. The rooms are small and the bathrooms were extremely tiny. Although we did ask for a room change because my handicapped mom couldn't manage in the first rooms bathroom. They gladly moved our room and the bathroom was definitely bigger. The breakfast was a little underwhelming at the motel(every time I've visited Europe before it's usually really good) However over all solid, close to everything, restaurants close by and the staff as I said was great.

Good experience but limited customer service

Good experience overall, well located, clean, fine in general. I could come back. I see the hotel more like a 3* than a 4*, and the customer experience could improve. I asked to stay a bit longer at the room and they asked me to pay an extra fee that was nearly the same to one extra night. These things make the difference and having no cost is a shame…

Good hotel. World's smallest shower

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, decent price. Be forewarned, I'm used to small rooms in Europe, and while it was a little on the small side, the shower is impossibly small. Smallest I have ever seen. If you are larger, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

Staff is nice but rooms are not what in pictures. Old carpeted floor is under "new laminate floors" so floor is soft and room stuffy. Duble room is quite small but bathroom is good size. Shower was very small and little bit dirty, and water doesen't come out how it should be. Worst thing is that there are stains in sheets (even old blood stains, maybe from bedbugs) so that was very unfortunet. We hadn't issue with bugs so that problem might be old (still they should update sheets). Pillows are also very very flat, not like in hotels should be. All in all, staff was nice but rooms are far from 4 star. Hotel should be 1-2 stars, that people know what they are choosing. Because staff was nice, we didn't make any complains and just changed hotel after few nights.

The good and the bad

This is a tough one. The good: Staff were really lovely, hotel was in a great location, really close to public transport Room was nice enough for the price The bad: The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, it seemed to get worse during our stay as though it was coming through the vents or air conditioner from another room. As a non smoker this was rough.

The disposable plastic cups for water and the daily towel changes was not eco-friendly. There was no counter space in the bathroom and I got my leg on the tub faucet repeatedly- the layout was so awkward. There were no blackout curtains and just a single sheet to cover up with to sleep. The staff was great - but the hotel seemed old and outdated. The price didn’t match the expectations.

Did not have the necessary toiletries. When we asked the staff if we can leave our bags until we come back to the hotel they left unattended bags next to the lift where anyone can literally have access which is unacceptable. They also charged me for something that we did not have, and lying that they cannot find my booking to get the refund back.

Not at all a 4 star hotel but 2 or best case 3. Also very noisy, could hear conversations from hall and from street. Superior room was not too bad but given the extra room upgrade cost, there are other better hotels in same price range to choose from
