"For someone who tends to be disappointed with the cleanliness of most hotels and rentals, this was a pleasant surprise. The whole house was clean and comfortable. What a blessing when you’re trying to enjoy time away from home! Jennifer was so easy to work with. Great communication. Responded quickly. She answered all my questions, made suggestions for food and recreation, and made both check-in and check-out such a breeze. The bike shed was really helpful. The record player was fun. And the house had all the conveniences of home with a coffee pot, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, fresh linens, everything we needed! The only reason I gave four stars on “location and neighborhood” is bc I got a little nervous the first day we pulled in. The neighborhood kind of left something to be desired. And when we got to the house, the yard was overgrown. So I was worried what the inside would be like. But once we got in there, it was totally true to its description and reviews! And we had a great time. We just let the front yard contribute to the treehouse feel of the backyard which was beautiful and peaceful and lovely. I wouldn’t have even mentioned it if it hadn’t asked me to rate the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was perfect for our annual guys golf trip to Bella Vista. The location on the lake was great and we all really enjoyed the deck and patio. Everything was labeled and easy to find in the kitchen so we could cook for our entire group every night and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We will definitely be back."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet environment -- except the neighbor's dog who felt it his duty to bark every time we came up and down the walkway! ;). Excellent bedrooms, tiny crowded kitchen, but adequate for what we needed. Beautiful tucked in setting. Lots of local info and pamphlets. Let us keep bikes in garage. I would stay there again. "Loved the view of nothing but trees out balcony and bedroom patio. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom were convenient. Close proximity to many nature trails and golf courses was really nice."

"We had a great time celebrating a college graduation. The house has a large open main floor, comfy beds & clean bathrooms. We wish there would have been a bathroom downstairs. The deck & bonfire were awesome! The other living room & basement furniture is not very cozy, but it worked out ok. Thank you!"

"We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday with 13 people, ranging in age from six to ... 70. :) Everything was exactly as described. The kids and younger adults had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking out the kayaks and paddleboard. It was nice to have so much space to spread out in, but even when we were all on a single floor, it felt like plenty of room. Would definitely rent the house for family again."
