"This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. During our stay, the water dispenser worked on the first day and then stopped working. "This was the perfect house for our large family. The owner was great to communicate with and had the house well stocked (dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc) and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the dock was amazing. Our group caught a ton of bass too! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home and we hope to be back again soon!"

"We stayed at the property with another family, four adults and five children, and the house suited our needs perfectly! There was lots of space for everyone to spread out in the house and at the lake, and we all enjoyed and appreciated the amenities of the game room, hot tub and kayaks, rafts, etc. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and easy to stay here!"
