"What a dream location! It was our first trip to Hawaii. There’s no better place stay! The location is ideal, if you want to stay in the peace and quiet of the North Shore. The Hukilau Marketplace is less than 10 minutes down the road with some great food trucks. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Often we had the beach to ourselves! The best part is falling asleep to the crashing waves and the breeze of the cool trade winds."

"My 16 yr old son and I stayed here and had a the best time! Cottage is spotless, comfortable, close to beaches, food and shopping. The hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Check in/out was easy peasy, and our host hooked us up with their Shark Dive Charter - Hawaii Ocean Adventure Tours (better than One Ocean Diving) where we got to free swim/dive with sharks for an unforgettable experience. Wish we could have stayed longer, and definitely plan to visit again!"

"Charming rustic cottage with a lovely lanai looking directly out to the ocean; perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal while enjoying gentle tradewinds. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming into shore and woke to spectacular sunrises. "Exactly as presented online, no surprises. Two parents and two teens, and no privacy, but we were prepared for that. Great breeze throughout so no issues with heat, though it's still April, so not sure how summer would be. Beach path right around the corner, very easy access. Basic accommodations, but that's what we were looking for. Close to everything you need in North Shore. We had a great week, thanks Chris and Sam!"

But when the lights came back on, my family and I found ourselves in a lovely house. The house is a little bit off the path, but the yard is enormous and also has fruit trees, a starfruit, star apple, and I think one I couldn't identify. "I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

"The house and beach access were just as it was advertised. Beautiful beach, house and yard! The home was very roomy and accommodated all the family needs. The yard provided lots of parking. We had full access to beach toys (kayak, paddle & boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). The kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Each bathroom had 2 accesses, which can be challenging with 6 kids and minimal boundaries. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "
