"Lots to like here: clean, refurbished studio, nicely furnished and equipped. Easy walk to Titirangi village with shopping and restaurants and the Zig Zag nature trail. Comfortable bed, nice views of surrounding forest. Negatives for us were the long stairs down from the street level - tough for us older folks with bad knees and heavy suitcases - and the noise during the night from debris falling from the trees overhead during the night on the metal roof. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. "

"Cleaning should be more thorough - the shower wasn’t cleaned properly, there were hair everywhere, the floors were not vacuumed/washed and some of the utensils would need replacement!"

"My only frustration was the lack of communication with the host. Whilst I booked on stayz the owners communication was on a different platform that my Aus phone could not load. I tried calling the number several times to confirm entry instructions and sent a text which was eventually briefly responded to. Whilst the initial email may have had further information, when we arrived, there was no tv, the wifi didn’t work and there was no further communication with the host which was disappointing. That said, the place is very tidy annd clean, well appointed and in a lovely central location. We couldn’t get the aircon to work but as we only were staying one night this didn’t matter. We were conveniently able to book for one night only which may have accounted for the higher then average price. "
