"Staff at reception was not friendly or helpful. Strict about check in time, didn’t let us in even for an hour earlier. We were so tired after a long flight from Canada. They made us waited in the lobby till 3pm. Also, they did not provide slippers because of our room was not “luxury” enough… only gave us one pair after I promised to give them a review. We stayed for four nights and couldn’t get two pairs for two people?! Yes, here is the true reviews!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is very budget friendly and offers great value for money. One of the best parts of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay."

"staff were lovely and helpful , being able to have breakfast in the morning was lovely , room was great perfect for what needed , unfortunately our room wasnt serviced properly two clean towels and the bin emptied still needing toilet paper , tea bags , milk , sugars to be replaced , other that great stay quirky place to stay"

"We had a lovely 1 bedroom suite, it was well laid out and comfortable. We ran out of tea bags but reception staff quickly replaced them when asked. The location close for trams and the river. We went swimming and found you couldn't get into the shower cubicle and close the glass door! So you had to change in either the toilet or hope nobody came into the area. Laundry was clean and functional. Apart from that we would recommend it."
