"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"Very clean place with lots of privacy. Not very spacious if that’s what you’re looking for, but we felt it was a very cozy little niche. Location is great. It’s right across from the park like the listing says and there’s a Safeway right down the block. We did not see any homeless people in the area. Only minor issues were finding parking and it was hard to keep all of the keys provided straight. Otherwise, would definitely choose to stay here again! "

"Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and many activities. We could walk to many attractions and restaurants. We were there during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning but it cooled off nicely at night. "
