"Detailed check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit itself was clean, bright and well furnished. Sanitized and sealed toilet ensured we knew room had been cleaned before our arrival. "They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously "

"The studio was spacious and had a perfect location! The a/c wasn’t working which was disappointing but the property manager did provide a fan and luckily the studio is in the basement. Communication with him was a breeze and I would stay here again!"

"Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful."

"Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! "Everything was great except for needless confusion about accessing the unit (main entry door to building was faulty/locked) requiring unit to be accessed by the adjacent building’s door. Apparently, this is common but no warning was given regarding this problem before checking in. Additionally, bedrooms and bathrooms have individual punch locks (with different codes for each) making one bathroom inaccessible for 1/2 of our visit. A simple fix would be to include all of this information upfront...

"Great location and very clean loft with lots of space. Construction in the alley next to the building with barricades which cause some problems with locating garage pass and door fob. The property is very close to most points of interest and a very nice elegant restaurant next door with great food. A very quiet building with residents and visitors and minimal noise from outside street traffic. The is a great location for a romantic getaway in the heart of downtown Detroit."

"The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. "A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. There are also a lot of neat memorabilia that the owner has throughout, and each of us enjoyed looking at all of it. Hopefully we were respectful guests."
