"Staff were very helpful. There are some renovations ongoing at the moment. I was initially given a room that was still being renovated, so walked into a room with dust sheets on the floor and missing furniture. Staff were very apologetic and gave me 2 complimentary drinks at the bar while they prepared another room. Breakfast was amazing, really good quality and delicious"

"Three week business stay, and I can't recommend KSpace enough. Clean and comfortable, has all the facilities you need for an extended stay - including having a washing machine in the apartment, which is fantastic. The weekly service was an added bonus. "Bedding had a hole in it bed not comfy no were to put anything no tables or anything nothing to make a hot drink with unless you went back down to reception no parking had to pay 24 pounds for parking which then had to wak around to the hotel "

"Pros: parking and good central location. Well priced. Cons: tired and dated rooms. Too warm despite turning the thermostat right down. Helped by opening window but loud road noise so not ideal. No bottled water in the room. Got phoned by reception at 7.15 am to come to our room to access the safe and retrieve the passports of previous guests! Not the wake up call I wanted on what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Staff member was lovely and very apologetic and offered us free breakfast. nice gesture but not one that was of any use to us. Check out the following day - no questions asked about our stay - I had to ask who I could give feedback to. Just not very interested and no other compensation or gesture for poor stay offered. Won't be back!"
