"The bathroom door was broken, the water pressure wasn't that great, and the hot water didn't last that long. Breakfast options were cereal, waffles (with an iron that was semi-broken), toast, and yogurt. The service was great and friendly. Ice machine worked. Room was clean. "First impressions definitely speak very loudly. No signage outside suggesting motel 6. A lot of construction to the building itself, very ghetto looking. Night clerk had his car parked under the carport at the entry, nor clothing indicated that he works for motel 6, wearing very casual clothing and did not introduce himself, as though I was expected to know he was not a guest himself. "It seemed as if some people are living at the property and I did not feel safe when I pulled in. Once I went inside I saw roaches walking around and the smell of insecticide was strong. I had a long drive and tried to go to sleep around 7:30/ 8pm and the people on the floor above me were walking around constantly until after 11pm. I finally got up at 1:30am and left to finish my drive home. I will not stay here again."

"This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is top notch, including the staff. Yolandi was so helpful at check in and accommodating. Andre’ was friendly and outgoing as we chatted as he brought up our luggage and Keoshia in the gift shop was very helpful with us trying to figure out what tour we wanted at Graceland. We had drinks at the lobby bar and dinner in Deltas. It was delicious! Our server was amazing as well with recommendations and it did not disappoint. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. We shared a crab cake which is one of the best I ever had and it was huge! Kudos to the entire staff! "
