"This property is in terrible need of a makeover. The carpet in my room was worn with stains. The underbed was falling to the floor. The coach was badlt torn. The heat cooling"

"Everything was clean"

"Rooms was said to be updated, but a coat of paint is not updated. Shower had mold above it. Towels looked to not be washed, they looked dirty and didn’t smell much better. One bed was missing a pillow. The refrigerator was the cleanest part of the room"

"I've been an expedia customer for b years and never experienced this. Horrible. Sat in dark lobby for 2 hours trying to check in. Nobody showed up. Called the hotel twice and they put me on a 20minute hold just to hang up on me then I called expedia and they hung up on me. I was waiting til 2:30am to check in. Then its the wrong address. So I had to catch another $40 uber to another county after they finally set me up for another room at 3am. So I ended up spending another $80 on Uber. Worst...

"Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty."

"Room average, staff helpful, breakfast and parking ok. I booked the hotel, when I got there they give me a key for the room and was occupied, There were no more available rooms, had to book a different hotel. Not organized hotel for sure."

"Clean room and property. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close to food, gas and highway. TN State Troopers train at the hotel so you'll see a lot of State Trooper cars."

"Room was large and clean. We requested top floor away from the freeway and got neither. Very loud road nosie.Breakfast was horrible and dried out. Elevator and washing machine both out of order. Diffenetly not up to BW standards."

"Very nice facility very clean great breakfast nice staff"

"This was an excellent Residence Inn; each staff person I encountered was personable and helpful, the location is good, it was clean, and breakfast was notable in that it might be the first breakfast buffet I've experience in recent memory that served fresh scrambled eggs rather than powdered. My one caveat was that I specifically booked this room because I needed a second bed, and as there were no two-bed rooms available, I booked this one because it had a couch bed and was advertised as...

"The property and surrounding area were well maintained and well lit. The room was great and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thus is our third year to stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else."
