"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to...

"The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the bathrooms (all 4 of them!) are fantastic. Everything is modern and in great working order. We loved the neighborhood too….beautiful, brick homes with lots of character. About 20 mins from the airport and to the Beale St area. The hostess Karen is very accommodating and very easy to reach before, during and after our stay."

"A friend and I liked the place very much. It’s convenient to fine restaurants, bars, and live music on Madison Avenue. In fact it’s walkable to Madison Avenue. My only challenge was getting in as the instructions confused me the first time I tried, however Ben was responsive and helpful and no problems afterwards. Our recommendation is +++++ and definitely stay there again."

"they did not turn the heat past 65° for three days, there was no snow or ice removal, and we almost slipped and fell several times. I had to get in contact with Vrbo to get them to turn the thermostat to 74, the kicker is they were able to do it remotely, meaning that they could’ve done it the first day of our stay. two of the bedrooms did not have any working outlets. what was supposed to have been a birthday celebration for my 70-year-old uncle turned out to be a disaster."
