However, the flooring was a dark vinyl tile and when I wiped up a little bit of spilled lotion, the floor was very dirty and the carpet in the hallway was disgusting. Time for a refresh in the halls. "There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms (if there was we were not told about it) Now it’s not many stairs but my husband has bad knees and we have been on a long road trip and our suitcase was heavy to carry around. The breakfast was mediocre. The pancake machine was good and they also offered biscuit and gravy. Our growing teenagers like eggs and meat that they have experienced at other hotels. We did like the three bed option so everyone got a bed vs. someone on a couch. They have corn hole...

"Staff was unintelligent. Overnight woman at 11pm kept me out of a room for an hour because she couldn't figure out how to bring my reservation up on the computer even though i could show her emails, confirmation numbers and had her talking to Expedia staff. When i complained in the morning, they just said it's fine now, she's just old and forgets stuff!! Room for was broken, bathroom door had holes gouged in, water was brown for the first 5 seconds every time. It was quiet at least. No one...
