"I appreciate the welcoming staff and the atmosphere of the public spaces. Rooms can seem a bit worn but are comfortable. I love the extra in-room minibar spaces! Ask for an inside room if you’d rather not listen to the garbage truck outside your window."

"Room was clean. But towels may have smelled dusty. Everyone was nice. The bartender and restaurant food were excellent. Check in and check out were simple"

"We booked here b/c my daughter's flight was canceled at midnight after sitting in the airport all day and night. They advertised that there was an airport shuttle. WRONG! She had to take an Uber. Shuttle driver was sick. Exhausted and very annoyed, she gets to hotel and goes to her room, opens the door, only to see a man standing in his underwear. The room already had an occupant. She was embarrassed and horrified (21 years old). Front desk gave her a new room. Room was fine and seemed clean enough; however, there was some kind of crud on the wall lamp right where she was supposed to turn it on, so she went without that light. Still no driver the next morning. Had to Uber back to the airport. Very disappointed a Wyndham was so poorly run."

"Parking is either street parking or the garage which is pay to park which is the same for about any where you go in Chicago. Breakfast was pretty standard but the muffins were amazing don’t know how they keep them so moist but definitely recommend trying them but they only had them out on weekday mornings. The room was nice only down side was the bed sheets kept fighting with them every night to keep the corners on. Also the gym had a nice water fill station and if you need to do laundry bring $5 in quarters because the hotel doesn’t keep change on hand. "

"Definitely a hotel for adults. When checking in was told no kids or pets. The room was very basic but clean. Big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 and got nice and hot. There is a $100 CASH deposit when checking in that we weren't expecting so dont get stuck using they're ATM. When checking out, the attendant goes and personally checks the room to be everything is in order and then gives you your cash deposit back."

"Upon arrival, the hotel had people almost everywhere in the parking lot. Entering the lobby, the hotel had the most potent smell of body odor in the common areas; the lobby, halls, and elevator. The elevator was scary. Every time I got on the elevator I was saying a silent praying because of how shaky and off track it felt. There was a big deposit for the room on top of how much the room was, which was ok but I have stayed in FAR better establishments for a wayyy cheaper price. The first room we were giving…. bodily fluids on the bed skirt, stains on the walls, torn leather seats, unkempt bathroom, etc. Due to their refund policy and the fact it was almost midnight when we checked in we were forced to just do a room change. I wanted my refund back sooo bad. The second room given was a SLIGHT upgrade from the last but disappointed me by the missing amenities that were missing. I would never ever book this place again. I wish I could get ALL of my money back."

"Let me just, you get what you pay for. The space itself was accommodating enough for me and my sisters. We were able to make it work for our stay. However, there were a few downsides that are worth mentioning.The bathroom wasn’t very clean upon arrival, which was very disappointing for a group of women. The two twin beds were uncomfortable. Parking was also a major issue. One night we came back and spent nearly an hour driving around trying to find a spot. Because of that, we ended up taking an Uber the next day just to avoid losing the parking we finally found.Late at night, there were groups of guys hanging out on the corners when we returned around 1am. No one bothered us at all, and we didn’t feel frightened or threatened—just something to be aware of.The Pro of this property is that it was centrally located, took us 15 minutes to get everywhere.I tried not to rely too heavily on the mixed reviews when booking, but in hindsight, some of those concerns were valid. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a few inconveniences but we wouldn’t stay again. "

"The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs or signs of bed bugs to the point where we just checked out and did not sleep there. Granted, after leaving we didn't have any issues with any bed bugs, so I don't think that was the case but the fact that it even looked like that was enough to give us paranoia about it for days."
