"Great location"

"A great location for easy access across the CBD and easy walking to metro and tram station, and easy access to World Square eateries. Room was overall nicely appointed and a comfortable size, but a little dated in places and the hotel is showing it's age somewhat in terms of wall scuffs, carpet, bathroom tiles. However a comfortable stay, quiet, and good location for business in the city."

"It was a great central hotel"

"Room was clean, basic, could not open my window and was not the one in picture I looked at when I selected room. Underground Car park was tight for my UTE to get around, height restrictions were fine, just had to manoeuvre around the poles. Breakfast was my highlight of my stay. Front desk service was abit slow."

"Comfortable bed, great breakfast, nice staff, though the two drink vouchers I had to ask for and wasn't told I could use them for coffee at breakfast...no place for toiletries in the bathroom at the sink...service done on the second day though only 1 towel left when there was two people and the tea and coffee and milk wasn't replaced...room service outside other rooms were not picked up quickly...they stayed there for a long period overnight...not very hygienic at all."

"Good location with access to buses n Victoria cross station though we were drive in interstate visitors. Daily rate for parking was bit steep at $38 per night so we lucky to find plenty street parking g over the weekend. Room was clean enough however carpets in hallways really do need a deep clean for the stains and smell. Staffs were pleasant and helpful."

"Good sized apartment. Balcony was a dark corner with a view of neighboring blocks swimming pool! Comfortable but carpet needs renewing."

"Property , grounds and room were very clean. Warm , happy and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was delicious."
