"Well-maintained property walkable to Dotonbori - great location, top notch amenities, great breakfast selection, close to transport, etc. but it’s a box of a room which is standard in Japan so mentioning it seems irrelevant. However, it’s clean so what more could a traveler need."

"We had a great stay at Swissôtel Osaka. The location is excellent—right above Namba Station, which made getting around the city extremely easy and convenient. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again, especially because of the location."

"We stayed in a cozy double-king single bedroom with a lovely view of the surrounding city in Namba. The room and bathroom were kept very clean, with a basic but functional bathroom area featuring a full shower, a tub, and a separate toilet. The design of the room was quite dark, which made it a little tricky to put on makeup in the morning since the dark walls absorbed most of the light. The vanity mirror was positioned in a way that made it a bit awkward to get ready, and having a full-length mirror would have made changing clothes much easier. The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western cuisines. While it took us a little time to figure out how to operate the laundry machine in the room, having it there was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient, making our stay even more enjoyable. "
