"Excellent experience and very good hotel"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka and would absolutely stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and everything was consistently restocked and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of authentic Japanese food, even our kids enjoyed it, which says a lot! The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well kept. We especially appreciated their luggage forwarding service as well. It made traveling to Kyoto so much easier since we didn’t have to drag our luggage around. They also offer luggage storage after checkout, which was incredibly convenient when you want to spend the day exploring Osaka before heading out. The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station and within walking distance amenities like 7 eleven, family mart etc. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka!"

"Hotel is centrally located but you have to use nearby landmarks if you want to use Uber, Klook or even a taxi because there’s no main drop off and pick up in front of hotel. Otherwise, everything else about this hotel served our needs well. Jerry, who is an employee at the main breakfast hall is super friendly!"

"Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was almost too large and the pajamas were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. "

"Breakfast menu was fresh. But poor Western food choices. Oats were missing on one day. And bread was missing the other day. No nuts or raisins. There was only one elevator operating for the entire 14 floors causing huge delays and pain waiting for movement. If there is only one operating, then only half the number of rooms should be booked. Room was super hot when we entered. Space around the bed was very limited and room appeared crammed."
