"Excellent location- close to many shops and restaurants Breakfast is average and minimal - kept running out of foods and only restocking minimally. Budget really. Staff strict and not accommodating, no early check in and fee charge for lost room keys. Beds comfortable but shower/ bathroom small. Ok for location but it’s next door to the Mercure which looked much nicer. "

"No matter what temperature I set, the heating blasted until the room was more than 80F. The only way to prevent it was to turn off the heating completely, but then the room got down to 60F."

"There was a fridge/freezer which was very convenient. There's 2 hob with pans available. There's mugs, chopsticks, knife, fork and spoon (we didn't use them because there's so much food option available in Osaka. There's a washing machine in the room. There's no tumble dryer but there's a drying function in the shower that dried our clothes such as t shirt in 8 hours. Thicker items and jeans may take longer. There's no washing line so just used the hangers and hung them in the shower area. It's a 17 min walk Dotonbori area, less than 5 min walk for the subway (with a lift - handy for suitcase). 3 min walk to a big 7/11 Room was clean enought. Good air con. Enough space for the a family of 2. Bed was comfy Slippers provided, toothbrush provided. A large self service storage area with locks provided. "

"Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka."
