"Stayed here as the last hotel of our trip and it was an absolute dream. My favorite part of every day in Osaka was stopping at the Lawsons 25ft from the hotel and getting snacks to eat in bed watching anime and looking out the windows to see the whole city glowing at night. Such a dream."

I enjoyed the coffee from the self serve coffee station with several flavors available. Short distance walk to hotel from JR train Namba station. I would recommend this hotel"

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Shinsaibashi Station and connected to Daimura Department Store, and Dotonbori is about a 15-minute walk away, with so many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It's a very good choice except that the furniture and bed are a bit old."

"Adjacent to beautiful NAMBA Parks mall and NAMBA City mall. New property, next to train station, 12 min walk to the riverbank. Nice size bedrooms, free quality coffee & soda in the nice modern lobby area. Laundry area. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to help.They also helped us send our bags to our next hotel in Kyoto via courier. Really happy we stayed there. Thank you."

"This hotel has an awesome location, as it is right next to Dotonbori street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They do have a washer and dryer, but with only 3 machines we were not able to do our laundry and had to go to a laundromat. Our AC was also not working the first couple days. However, I would stay here again! Great price, location, amenities, and staff!"
