"The property is located in the most bustling part of Osaka. It is just a few minutes away from Dotonbori. We did not get a room with a view as asked, and it was pretty loud inside- street sounds could be heard. Other than that, service was great and the hotel was located in the best area,"

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."

"The location of this hotel is the best, it close to everything in Namba. My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Thank Hotel Nikko will be back again."

"Breakfast is ok. There is proper storage for our lugguage which we can unpack. What I cannot understand why the room is not cleaned and vacumned though we stay for 3 nights."

"Check in was late and not ready upon after 3pm arrival. AC in unit does not work. Called staff downstairs and they said they would adjust from there? Overall room is not bad and location was good. Hopefully they can be better prepped next time and have actual working AC units. "
