It's in a very small town without many amenities, but there is a great kitchen and supermarket just a few min walk away. The property is immaculate, and very modern. We really appreciated the quiet nights of drinking wine and playing cards, and stretching in the morning with the bright sun and beautiful deck."

The property had everything we needed and all was very clean and in good condition. The property was in a great location and was ideally placed for visiting Porto and Douro valley, Aveiro and Braga. We had a wonderful time."

"This is a 300-year-old farmhouse that has been converted on a very quiet spot in a middle class, safe and retirement looking (?) neighborhood. There was a bedroom and bath upstairs and a bedroom and bath plus another half bath downstairs with a kitchen that was compact but had everything you needed and a lovely outdoor space. If you're looking for modern perfection instead of character, you'll find only the best character here. There is a grocery store nearby and you can walk the train in about...

"We had a wonderful time at Margarida’s place-she’s truly thought of everything! We were a group of 10 family members including a baby, 6 year old and 11 and 14 year old. We all felt we had our own privacy and there were lots of places to eat and chill out around the property. The photos do not do this place justice! Margarida was a wonderful host and was on hand on the phone if we needed her but allowed us our privacy at the same time. We would love to return!"

"We had a lovely time staying in this villa. The location is peaceful and quiet. Having a car is recommended to get about to places like Guimareas or Braga and the pool could be much deeper but other than that, we had an amazing experience! The host has superb communication and will help with whatever issues that may occur. The wine from their vineyard (Rosé and White) is very nice. I highly recommend."
