"The layout and amenities of the schoolhouse are unique and wonderful. It is a fun place to get together as a whole family, and we loved feeling like there was plenty of space when we were doing group activities or just relaxing. It feels charmingly old-fashioned, but doesn’t lack any modern comforts. There is plenty to do within a half hour drive (we enjoyed Alder Lake, Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, and Mt Rainier National Park), and trips to and from the airport are not too long. "We had a wonderful stay at this property just outside Mt. Rainier National Park. The house was well appointed and very clean. The view of Mt. Rainier from the back deck was amazing. The owner was very attentive and easy to work with."

"The home was very comfortable, clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Great access to National Park and local restaurants etc. Also, there is a small swimming pond with swim raft just down the road- nice for a dip on a hot day. Would definitely stay here again. Also - we did not realize this but you need a reservation to enter the park between 7am and 3pm. They do release reservations the night before, online at 7pm (have to hop online QUICK). ."

"Some general notes I can think of for this placeLovely property that could fit 3 vehicles. The in law suite/projector room is great! Hot Tub is squeaky clean and covered. The beds are pretty stiff but other than that this place was amazing. Instructions for check in and check out are simple and communicating with the owners was nice and easy!Wi-Fi was a little spotty depending on where you were in the property."

"We booked this and then at 4:40pm the day of our reservation the VRBO sent us an email saying that it was canceled. It was lucky that I didn't see the email and went anyway and met the owner who had openings. It ended up being cheaper than listed and the problem is this is a new owner who didn't set up the listing. He has tried many times to shut down this listing but VRBO won't let him. You can book this on the other well known site and it will get you an actual reservation. The owner and place...
