"If you are looking for a quiet spot on Lake George, this is a great house. We had a great family reunion where we barbecued every evening. We also rented a pontoon boat, which enabled us to really enjoy the lake. We hope to be back!"

"Outstanding location and beautuful views over Lake Champlain from the large upper deck. Saw 3 juvenile eagles and 2 loons. Such a treat! Well appointed kitchen with coffee pots, air fryer, and new major appliances. Large dining table. Nice gas grill on upper deck worked great. The outside space is magic.Check in and out were easy and owner very accommodating. Large new bathrooms. Bring your own shampoos and soaps. You will love Vermont and this location is centrally located and a joy to come...

"This house was perfect for our party of 7. Spacious and comfortable for all. Very secluded and quiet area. A short drive to Lake Placid Olympic museum and arenas. We also stopped at the ski jump area and watched the young jumpers practice. Highly recommend! Check out Emma’ Lake Placid Creamery. Excellent!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the river house. The river is beautiful and fun to relax by and play in. The location is perfect.. within easy range of a bunch of great hikes, swimming holes, and Lake Placid. We enjoyed making s’mores and star gazing. We did some cooking and grilling and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is endear need of tender loving care. First visitors of the season, so the property was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The swimming pool was one of the primary reasons for booking this property and the pool was not ready for use. The maintenance man as well as my son worked on the pool but we're not able to get to water in a swimmable state. Really disappointed at the grandkids could not swim and the overall cleanliness of the property."
