Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again."

The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. "The location is good because it is only one short block to Ocean Drive, but far enough away to be quiet at night. There are several small markets nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The thermostat worked fine. Entry with keypad lock worked fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower."

And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing. I think the garbage cans should be placed downstairs instead of being so close to the door way because we had to be spraying often to keep out flies and food worms and when the rain fell...
