"Great place nice and clean"

"Do not book this place ,do not be fulled by the pictures, the place is under construction, lots of noise Scaffold going up and down your windows , the pool is closed. The apartment has bedbugs( bedroom bed)my wife and kids all had skin irritations, I booked this place for 10 days they did not disclose all problems so we had to move out in 5 days and book another hotel, they ruined our vacation When I tried to contact the host the did not respond to my text and kept ignoring the message. "The hotel & staff were very nice what I had a problem with was the host said there would be a key fob available in the unit so we could use the amenities, well we went to the pool but couldn’t get in, went down to concierge and they let us know we needed a key fob to get into the pool. We called tbe host & he said it was in the room, we looked everywhere and let him know it was not, he said since it was the weekend no one could come and look for the key fob in the room till after 2 p.m he no one...
