"Room needs remodeling "

"Staff was cool! Rooms need improvement. Charging a resort fee but don't provide any amenities aside from a pool, no breakfast, no entertainment. Will charge another night just for late check out"

"Room was filthy- as if the toilet wasn't cleaned for ages. Staff was nice enough to change to an upgraded room when cleanliness was brought up. Even the upgraded room wasn't "clean" by acceptable standards. This Mondrian is very different than the one I stayed at years ago. It was the cheapest option of "nice places" in Miami Beach- I guess it just shouldn't be considered a "nice place" anymore. It's a shame- used to be good. "

"Great Staff A little dusty in the room and I found a hair strand that wasn’t mine the second I came in the room and we were placed in a room with broken lights thankfully staff helped us promptly and was so sweet "
