"Not as bad as people criticize, it’s clean, it’s comfortable bedding. NO AC, but they have ceiling fan and portable fan in room. It’s like Las Vegas, you’re not going to spend much time in your room. Flat screen TV is ok, but limited channels. Good shower, clean towels. Needs upgrading, but for the price, it meets the basic requirements."

"The property is beautiful, peaceful and right on the lake. Amazing gardens, delightful host with a most delicious breakfast. They may want to mention the stairs as not everyone may be able to navigate them with ease. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of beautiful home made quilts for the chilly nights."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect. "When we checked in there was no one at front desk. Rooms were larger than standard hotel room, more like a studio apartment. Air Conditioner was a portable unit running outside through sliding door but worked ok. Location in downtown Palmer is great."

"Listen - if this comes up on your search as available for your dates, BOOK IT! I can’t identify a single thing wrong with this place. Everything you could possibly need, unbelievably clean, incredible communication, so quiet, and beautiful. This is the third place we’ve stayed as we traveled around Alaska and I’m telling you, I wish we had booked here for our entire trip. Love, love, love. Seriously - book it. You will NOT be disappointed. We all would love to live here."

"Nice, clean place to lay your head. Check-in/ check-out were easy breezy. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. It's not fancy so don't expect that. Furniture is basically a college guy's apartment and it's not what I'd call scenic. I would definitely stay there again just for rest and convenience."
