"Great location, excellent service and very helpful staff: My son forgot his backpack in the room after early morning ( around 5:30am ) self checking out. With the help from 7/11 downstairs ( super convenient ), we were able to contact the on call staff through intercom. My son 's backpack was delivered at the lobby in no time."

"My stay here was fantastic. Great location next to Shimbashi station. There are numerous restaurants of every type close by. Several convenience stores right next door. There is a large Seims 1 block over. Everything is very walkable from the hotel. The hotel staff were excellent. They could not have been better. The breakfast was very good, a blend of asian and western choices. I was completely satisfied with my stay."
