"If/when we return to the Green Bay area we will be checking for availability at this hotel first. It's a hidden gem with great value. The only critique we have was that we had to wait about 10 minutes on a refilled dispenser for waffle batter. We were needing to get somewhere so this was a bit unfortunate. Otherwise...an incredible value! Great job Cobblestone ownership and staff!"

"This is an underrated property in Manitowoc. Pros: Clean, recently remodeled rooms and free breakfast. Friendly staff and super fast check-in. Cons: Breakfast is right next to the check-in desk, so if you want to sit and eat, you have to walk all the way to the dining room on the other side of the pool and bar. Oh, and the bar is not open, nor is there any food service. Otherwise, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the downtown area, this is the place. "

"It was being remodeled. My room was nice and big. It had a refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. But it didn’t have a coffee pot! Breakfast was small. Overall it was a clean room with amenities. The outside had garbage around the building."
