Also, he couldn’t get the printer to work at check out, so I asked for an email receipt, which he said he would send, and I never got it. As for the room, the TV didn’t work, and there was no full length mirror. Also saw no hand soap on bathroom the sink, but found something in the shower labeled hand soap and used that. Couldn’t close the drapes, so the light from the parking lot was shining on us all night."

"Very friendly staff and helpful! Enjoyed our stay close to Foxwoods! Only thing is I heard about a shuttle to Foxwoods from an employee from Foxwoods not sure if that is still happening! But if so would be great if hotel staff would've just mentioned it so we could've known !"
