Sheets had mold and hair all in them. The bathroom floor has hair along with foot marks. The hotel room doors didn’t shut fully. Room was described as ocean view and it was right near an extremely busy road. The carpet was full of crumbs. We didn’t end up staying not even 5 minutes and booked another hotel in downtown Newport instead."

"Full breakfast every morning during my stay, was awesome! As far as the staff, when I checked in on 5/6/26 @ 12:30, the young lady that checked me in was superb! I forget her name, but she worked that shift. The other staff weren’t nearly as friendly and helpful as she was."
