"Everything was wonderful, except the restaurant. I placed an order and was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. It took almost an hour and though they knew I was taking the food to go, they did not have to go containers. Also, the poke bowl was not poke - it was cooked, which was bizarre."

"The room was immaculately clean and had beautiful finishings. It was compact but efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable and made up for the odd bathroom sink situation. The front desk lady named Marina was very kind and helpful. The valet staff were top-notch. We enjoyed the historical vibe at the hotel."
